For the manual export of customers in QuickBooks Online, you need to do following steps :                                                    

  1. Enable customers export settings in basic settings tab.                       
  2. You will get QBO coloumn and Export button on customers listing page.                    
  3. After Clicking on export button customer details will be updated in QuickBooks Online.
