For the manual export of products in QuickBooks Online, you need to do following steps :                                                    

  1. Enable products export settings in basic settings tab.                           
  2. You will get QBO coloumn and Export button on products listing page.
  3. Also you will get product export button on product edit page.
  4. After Clicking on export button product details will be updated in QuickBooks Online.
